We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Salesforce Developer to join our Digital Experiences and Architecture: Customer Support IT Engineering scrum team alongside talented Salesforce developers, architects and QA engineers. As a Salesforce Developer Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to the design and development of Salesforce solutions that support Customer Care Agents, Customer Success Managers and Business Partners. This internship offers hands-on experience with Salesforce Products and Software suite (Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, ChatBot and AI) to build solutions and solve real-world problems.
You will collaborate with development and architecture teams to produce technical design, build features that add value to our products & solutions. You will ensure that business outcomes are understood and related user stories, and features are built following the industry best practices, document technical details and ensure they are delivered with quality.

Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations
Collaborate with product manager, product owner(s), experienced software developers and architects to understand business needs, design and build solutions using the Salesforce Product & Software suite.
Configure, build and enhance Salesforce apps using native and custom objects, flows, validations, APEX, SQL/SOQLs, LWC, APIs, etc. while adhering to Salesforce best practices.
Actively participate in the design sessions and contribute to the documentation of technical specifications, process flows, data models during each sprint cycle.
Learn and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to improve product quality, reduce technical debt and innovation.
Follow Agile software development methodology and software development standards.
Proactive approach and enthusiasm for problem identification and solving
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited university graduating in 2025 or a recent graduate with coursework or background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience in basic programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, C#, or similar languages
Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) concepts is a plus
Good understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, features including, but not limited to account & contact administration/management, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, flows, process builder, reports is a big plus.
Knowledge in building Salesforce solutions using APEX, LWC, Flows, triggers and APIs is a big plus
Confident in communicating and sharing ideas to engineering peers, product owners and business partners.
