Job Title: Salesforce Developer
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team at Atlas Systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Salesforce development and be adept at designing and implementing customized solutions to meet client needs. As a Salesforce Developer, you will work closely with our project managers and other developers to integrate and optimize Salesforce applications, ensuring efficient and reliable performance across engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions.
- Collaborate with the team to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and implement enhancements.
- Build and maintain effective data integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
- Create and manage complex workflow rules, custom reports, dashboards, and user roles within Salesforce.
- Develop and deploy Salesforce applications and integrations using APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
- Provide support for Salesforce user inquiries and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Stay current with Salesforce updates, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our platform remains cutting-edge.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; Salesforce Platform Developer II is highly preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Salesforce platform customization and configuration, with knowledge of SQL, data management, and integration tools.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring quality in all deliverables.
