Job Title: Salesforce Lead Developer (LWC and APEX)

Software Requirements
- Extensive development experience on the Salesforce platform, including APEX programming language.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Proficiency in creating Lightning Web Components (LWC) that are extensible and reusable.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Process Automation tools such as Flows, Workflow, Process Builder, Approval Process, and Email Templates.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce information sharing via Profiles, Permission Sets, Public Groups, Sharing Settings, and Sharing Rules.
- Knowledge of Salesforce governing limits and best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce Mobile and Salesforce Experience Cloud setup and configurations.
- Knowledge of DevOps tools like Auto-Rabbit, Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Swagger, and Postman.
Overall Responsibilities
- Design and provide architecture diagrams for applications as needed.
- Implement best practices, code coverage, unit test practices, and perform code reviews.
- Participate in requirement elicitation sessions to analyze technical requirements and provide effort estimations.
- Support team members and peers to ensure end-to-end delivery of tasks.
Technical Skills
Core Development Skills
- Proficient in APEX programming language.
- Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Salesforce Expertise
- Extensive experience in creating Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Familiarity with Salesforce Process Automation tools.
- Understanding of Salesforce information sharing and governing limits.
- Experience with Salesforce Mobile and Experience Cloud.
DevOps Knowledge
- Familiarity with tools such as Auto-Rabbit, Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Swagger, and Postman.
Experience
- 3-15 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on coding and configuration.
- Proven track record of leading Salesforce projects and mentoring team members.
Day-to-Day Activities
- Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.
- Presenting solutions to Architecture Review Boards and gaining consensus among stakeholders.
- Proactively communicating with teams to ensure solutions are implemented effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Developer, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect) are a plus.

- Strong communication and presentation skills to engage with senior technical and business stakeholders.
