Job Description: Salesforce Developer
Experience (Total & Relevant): 5+ years
Education Qualifications: Any Graduate or Postgraduate
Software Requirements:
- Mastery in Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and the Lightning Framework.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce customization, security configurations, and setting data visibility.
- Proficiency in Salesforce's declarative automation tools like Process Builder, Workflows, and Flows.
- Familiarity with various Salesforce deployment tools and methodologies.
- Understanding of Salesforce's data architecture and modeling practices.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce integrations, including REST and SOAP APIs.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and the Lightning Framework.
- Configure and manage Salesforce security settings to ensure data integrity and visibility.
- Utilize declarative automation tools within Salesforce to streamline business processes.
- Implement and oversee Salesforce deployment strategies.
- Design and maintain robust Salesforce data models to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to define and meet project milestones.
Technical Skills:
- Salesforce Development: Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Framework.
- Customization & Security: Experience with Salesforce customization and security settings.
- Automation Tools: Knowledge of Process Builder, Workflows, and Flows.
- Deployment: Familiarity with Salesforce deployment methodologies.
- Data Architecture: Understanding of data architecture and data modeling within Salesforce.
- Integrations: Strong experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Experience:
- 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
- A proven success record in the implementation of Salesforce projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the software development life cycle, including specification, documentation, quality assurance, and deployment.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Salesforce Developer Certifications (Platform Developer I/II or equivalent).
Soft Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to technical excellence.
- Eagerness to keep abreast with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.
