Job Overview:


We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our technology team. The successful candidate will have 6 to 8 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration. The role involves working closely with customers, providing consultation on Salesforce solutions, and developing custom Salesforce applications. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide optimal solutions are essential.


Software Requirements:


  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce development and administration.
  • Administration setup experience (e.g., managing users, security controls, and data, creating roles, profiles, and reports).
  • Experience in designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email generation.
  • Proficiency in Lightning component development and Lightning design development.
  • Familiarity with other relevant frameworks, libraries, or technologies pertinent to Salesforce projects.

Overall Responsibilities:


  • Design and develop customized Salesforce solutions.
  • Implement and manage Salesforce administration setup.
  • Provide technical leadership and consultation on Salesforce solutions to customers.
  • Develop Lightning components and designs.
  • Manage security and data controls within Salesforce.
  • Create and manage roles, profiles, and reports.
  • Design and implement custom features such as objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
  • Generate reports and dashboards tailored to application requirements.

Technical Skills:


  • Salesforce Development:Strong proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Visualforce, and Apex.
  • Administration Setup:Experience in managing user roles, profiles, security controls, and data management in Salesforce.
  • Custom Development:Proficiency in creating custom objects, fields, workflows, approval processes, and validation rules.
  • Lightning Components:Hands-on experience in developing and designing Salesforce Lightning components.
  • Other Technologies:Familiarity with additional frameworks, libraries, or technologies that integrate with Salesforce.

Experience:


  • 6 to 8 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide Salesforce solutions.
  • Experience in optimal solution delivery and problem-solving within Salesforce environments.

Day-to-Day Activities:


  • Collaborate with team members and customers to understand project requirements and provide Salesforce solutions.
  • Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications, components, and designs.
  • Manage and configure Salesforce administration tasks such as user roles, data security, and profiles.
  • Conduct regular reviews and optimizations of Salesforce implementations.
  • Generate reports, dashboards, and email templates based on application needs.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers as needed.

Qualifications:


  • Education:Any Graduate
  • Salesforce Certifications:Relevant Salesforce certifications are a plus (e.g., Salesforce Certified Developer, Administrator).
