We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst - Sales Engagement & Einstein to join our team. This role will be instrumental in managing and enhancing our Salesforce platform, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders, and driving adoption of AI tools to boost sales performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and implementing changes within the Salesforce ecosystem.
About the Role
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce.
Administer and optimize Sales Cloud and Sales Engagement modules to support the sales team in their daily operations.
Implement and manage Salesforce Einstein AI models, using data-driven insights to improve sales outcomes and decision-making.
Develop and manage change processes, ensuring clear communication of updates to stakeholders and leadership. Facilitate smooth transitions when implementing new technology or changes within Salesforce.
Maintain a deep understanding of Salesforce technologies, staying up-to-date with the latest features and best practices.
Define key metrics and track performance to ensure Salesforce initiatives contribute to measurable improvements in sales ROI.
About You
Bachelors / Masters degree required.
Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience working in a similar capacity.
The role requires the candidate to work from 2 PM to 11 PM IST.
Strong experience administering Salesforce Sales Cloud, including configuration, customization, and reporting.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce's Sales Engagement features, including implementation and optimization.
Proven expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud Einstein I tools, with a focus on implementing models that provide actionable insights for sales teams.
Ability to manage stakeholder expectations, communicate changes effectively, and lead change management efforts.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce, including best practices for maximizing the platform's value for sales teams.
Experience defining performance metrics and using data analytics to measure and track the success of Salesforce implementations.
