Responsibilities


  • System Management and Optimization: Regularly perform system audits to ensure optimal performance. Identify and implement ways to enhance productivity by optimizing the platform’s capabilities and integrating new features.
  • User Management and Security: Oversee user roles and profiles, security settings, access levels, and system monitoring to ensure that the Salesforce environment is secure and compliant with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Data Management: Develop and implement strategies for data cleansing, deduplication, and overall data quality. Manage bulk imports and exports of data and ensure data integrity across Salesforce and integrated systems.
  • Customization and Configuration: Customize Salesforce to enhance functionality and user experience. This includes creating custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, custom workflows, and approval processes tailored to business needs.
  • Process Automation: Utilize tools like Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules to automate business processes. Continuously assess and identify processes that can be improved or automated to increase efficiency.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain complex reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to business stakeholders. Train users on how to create their reports and dashboards to empower self-service analytics.
  • Project Management: Lead Salesforce-related projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating with internal teams and external consultants. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting business requirements.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of new Salesforce features and technologies, attending training sessions and webinars as necessary. Evaluate and recommend new tools or integrations that could benefit the organization.
  • Change Management: Manage the change control process for Salesforce, including the evaluation, scope, and deployment of new updates or enhancements. Ensure a smooth transition for users with minimal disruption to business operations.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required; advanced certifications are a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
  • Proficient with Salesforce customization tools, such as Process Builder, Flow, and Workflows.
  • Experience with Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Excel Connector, DemandTools, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across different teams.
