About the role: We are looking for a trainer who has experience in the overseas education industry or the education industry. Charter for the role will include:
Work closely with the stakeholders to train the current team and the new hires.
Build the content & drive the training effectiveness (train as per business metrics).
Process training excellence - Build, monitor and improve processes.
Work closely with sales managers and leaders to align training initiatives with business goals.
Collaborate with product teams to ensure comprehensive product training for the sales force.
Track and report on training activities and outcomes.
Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas that may require additional training or support.
Ideal persona:
Previous sales experience, preferably in an edtech.
At least 6 years of experience in training.
Proven experience in sales training, instructional design, or a related field.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and ROI.
Working Days: 6 days working (Work From Office - HSR Layout)
