Responsibilities:
● Assist in maintaining and updating sales databases and CRM systems.
● Coordinate with various areas of the business to ensure timely delivery of requests and resolution of production issues.
● Provide administrative support for our current tech stack.
● Respond to internal inquiries and requests and provide support as needed.
● Own BUAT of new implementations to ensure a successful launch for the stakeholders
● Assist in technology implementation by managing key project deadlines.
● Collect and respond to Sales requests for enhancements and manage a
production issue intake process.
● Assist in outlining requirements and documenting processes and procedures
● Scope and detail the requests and enhancements in technical terms for the
business.
● Discover and assist in evaluating new technologies to meet the needs of our Sales team.
Minimum Requirements:
● Demonstrate an interest in technology sales
● 2+ years of experience in a Sales/Revenue Operations or related field, with a
focus on sales tech stack, project/ticket delivery and PMO.
● 3+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM
● Proficiency with JIRA, Gong, Google Sheets, Google Slides and other GSuite
products
● Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
● Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
● Comfortable working and communicating across teams
● Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
