As a sales support, will answer to customer queries, schedule meetings, and sales appointments at Skills and Solution Centre. Scheduling customer meetings and conferences etc.
Creating and processing orders in a timely manner, processing requests for rush orders, and reviewing pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
Regular follow ups with sales team and check on order bookings status.
Coordinate and collaborate with Customer Order processing function for order processing.
Maintain an organized and presentation and system for administrative and sales professionals.
Compiling of various sales data and providing inputs and support the sales department.
Supporting in sales initiatives and events organised at regions, managing tracker and compiling reports.
Managing customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative purposes, and providing troubleshooting assistance for orders, payment follow-ups.
Handling administrative duties for the company.
To maintain and upkeep the solutions and skill centre and maintain the decorum and ambience at all the time. To monitor visitor movements keeping close coordination with the host.
Reporting any daily activity to your supervisors.
Staying up to date with the latest trends and practices.
Taking and managing the loan warehouse.
Support the team in terms of CAPEX movements.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Any Graduate with minimum 3-4 years of relevant work experience
Good written and verbal communications skills
Understanding of efficient customer support and sales & marketing initiatives
Hands on experience with ERP system.
Proficiency with MS Office, particularly MS Excel, MS Word & Presentations
Excellent communication skills
Multitasking & Teamwork collaboration.
