Sales Support - Commercial & Operations

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Support Specialist to provide essential support and information to our sales staff. The ideal candidate will help maximize the efficient usage of sales tools, processes, and technologies while generating and analyzing data and reports to provide visibility on relevant sales activities. This role is crucial for enhancing our sales efforts, particularly in the West region, where we anticipate a surge in large commercial and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales staff to optimize the use of sales tools and technologies.
• Provide training and support to ensure effective utilization of sales processes.
• Generate and analyze sales data and reports to monitor performance and identify trends.
• Offer insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve sales strategies.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and consultants to enhance communication and relationships.

Qualifications:

• University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of 6 years’ experience in a sales support or related role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Proficiency in sales tools, CRM systems, and reporting software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
