What You’ll Do:
Identify and target prospective clients in need of DevOps solutions
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries
Present and demonstrate the value of Cyber Sapient’s DevOps products and services to potential clients
Understand client pain points and offer tailored DevOps solutions to meet their specific needs
Work closely with the technical team to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation for new clients
Track and meet sales targets, reporting progress and results to the leadership team
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to refine sales strategies
What You’ll Need:
Proven sales experience, ideally in technology or software solutions (DevOps experience is a plus)
Strong understanding of DevOps principles and technologies (CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, automation, etc.)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to convey technical concepts in a simple and compelling way to non-technical stakeholders
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment
