Join us as a Sales Operations Specialist and help us do what we do best: propelling business forward. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in transforming ideas into actionable processes, implementing policies, tracking initiatives, and ensuring accountability for adherence. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a passion for optimizing operations. In this role, you will: Develop and implement policies and processes within the frameworks of business development, account management, and customer success.Collaborate with IT and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and implementation of policies and processes within Salesforce (SFDC), SalesLoft, and other CRM/Sales tools.Drive the execution of initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, productivity, and overall performance within these functional areas.Analyze data and key performance indicators (KPIs) Provide training and support to teams to ensure understanding and compliance with policies and processes within the designated frameworks.Maintain documentation for policies, procedures, and process workflows, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.Your background:   Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master's degree would be an advantage).Previous experience in a sales operations role.  Proven experience in policy development, process improvement, and project management within the BDR, account management, and customer success frameworks.Strong understanding of Salesforce (SFDC), SalesLoft, and other CRM/Sales tools, with experience in implementing policies and processes within these platforms.Understanding of key sales processes.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.Excellent MS excel skills. mySQL, Snowflake and Tableau experience are a plusStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.If this sounds like you and fits your experience and career goals, we’d be happy to chat.  What we offer in return is the opportunity to experience a great company culture with wonderful colleagues to learn from and collaborate with and also to enjoy:   Compensation   Competitive remuneration package Employee Stock Purchase Plan Enrolment Vacation, Family, and Health  30 days of earned leaveAn extra day off for your birthdayVarious other leaves like marriage leave, casual leave, maternity, and paternity leavePremium Group Medical Insurance for employees and five dependents, personal accident insurance coverage, life insurance coverageProfessional development reimbursement  Interest subsidy on loans - either vehicle or personal loansHealth Club reimbursement
