SALES OPERATIONS FOR ANZ AND ASIA:

Sales Operations is the driving force behind every Sales organization, responsible for accelerating the growth of the business by enabling sellers to sell most effectively.


Our APJ team is actively seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join our growing team. In this role you will apply your business insight, analytical skills and creativity while partnering directly with cross functional teams to drive strategy, growth and business operations. 


Reporting to the Head of APJ Sales Operations, you will be responsible for acting as the subject matter expert on sales operations processes, best practices, and systems.


IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL GET TO:
  • Partner with the sales team to progress opportunities through the Sales Cycle; including quote generation, pricing requests, discount and custom contracts;


  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across key cross functions (such as Services, Legal, Finance, Deal Desk and Billing) to navigate obstacles and create a zero friction sales process that is quick, efficient, and accurate;


  • Provide enablement to the sales team to ensure best practices and corporate policies are followed in regards to deal operations; 


  • Contribute to the sales forecasting cadence and provide Sales Leadership with insights to minimise deal risk;


  • Assist in the creation and administration of local SPIFs to accelerate the APAC business;


  • Work closely with Field Operations to align AE Territories and Quota retirement;


  • Play a key role in the Annual Planning process whereby go-to-market and resource allocation for APJ is determined;


  • Proactively evolve and improve processes, tools, and automation to increase the effectiveness of sales and operations;


ON DAY ONE WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:
  • Solid experience in roles with exposure to sales cycles or processes eg sales operations, deal operations or deal desk management or similar function;


  • Proven ability to build strong, cross-functional working relationships with sales and internal stakeholders;


  • Excellent communication and conflict management skills;


  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask;


  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines;


  • Experience working with Global teams highly valued;


  • Expertise with Salesforce CRM and reporting tools;


  • Candidates with a desire to progress into Field Operations are highly encouraged to apply;
