- Protection related product and wealth planning services via Canara HSBC Life, HSBC AMC and nearly 500 + funds and products offered by a range of Fund Houses.
- Digital technology support and enablement via HSBC Personal Internet Banking Platform & the Mobile X platform.
- Fulfill secured and unsecured borrowing needs, when identified.
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
Principal Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Mobile Wealth Planners to implement customer and sales strategies
- Be focused on team development through the delivery of sales coaching, sales skills seminars and product/proposition knowledge engagements
- Build and maintain a customer-oriented team culture whilst attending key customer meetings with the team to role-model quality sales delivery and best-in-class customer relationship management practices
- Strong activity and performance management expectations for the team; identify and address performance gaps and provide performance updates to top management
- Help team members to identify and capture investment & insurance (I&I) business opportunities leveraging financial planning methodology to ensure fair outcomes for all types of customers
- Deliver against teams’ demanding performance expectations across customer engagement, financial planning and new business KPIs
- Cultivate a collaborative culture within the team and across the broader organisation
- Ensure self and team activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements and meet HSBC standards and procedures
