Position Summary:

This is an exciting position that offers an opportunity to work with a market leader in its segment and make an impact. MoEngage is trusted by brands like T-Mobile, Nestle, Ally Bank, Travelodge and OYO Rooms as their marketing technology partner.


The SMB Sales Manager will be responsible for working on winning new business for MoEngage and leading Sales conversations for SMB businesses in the region.


We are looking for an entrepreneurial, driven and highly motivated individual who understands our product as well as they do the the North America and European markets. They will be responsible for their sales targets and also helping MoEngage grow in the region.


Skills and Requirements
  • A proven hunter who consistently exceeds sales targets;
  • A passion for technology and all things digital;
  • 4+ years Sales experience in a Marketing Technology, SaaS, Digital Marketing or Adtech;
  • Experience with and a clear understanding of an end to end SaaS Sales Cycle
  • Attention to detail, ability to articulate clearly
  • Experience in and willingness to work in the EU and NA time-zones
Responsibilities
  • Own and meet assigned sales targets
  • Keep up to date and establish deep knowledge of MoEngage’s solutions and product;
  • Build product and domain expertise by understanding product functionalities, market positioning, competitive landscape, product market fit and so on
  • The ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers;
  • Discover and implement new / market-specific lead generation exercises to supplement inbound lead generation, working closely with marketing, Inside Sales and Partnership Teams
  • Be the single point of contact to SMB prospects in the region on all things MoEngage
