We are seeking experienced Sales Managers to lead our sales efforts in Bengaluru. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in air conditioning solutions, a proven track record in sales leadership, and the ability to drive business growth through strategic planning and customer engagement.


  • : Generate requirements through clients, consultants, and contractors for the entire product range. Create a footprint and generate business in the industrial sector.


  • : Develop and implement sales strategies to reach new market segments, industries, and customer groups, negotiating profitable deals.


  • : Gather market insights, track customer strategies, and provide timely feedback to management.


  • : Conduct pre-sales activities, prepare technical and commercial data sheets for tenders, and negotiate profitable deals.


  • : Work closely with application, operation, and engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions meet customer needs.


  • : Assist in tendering activities, finalize orders, and provide project execution support as needed.


  • : Engage in PR activities to enhance brand visibility and product awareness.


  • : Prepare Management Information Systems (MIS) reports and suggest improvements to optimize sales performance.


  • : Ensure timely collection of payments and coordinate with the factory for order placement, documentation, and dispatches.


  • : Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree.


  • : Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Industrial sector.


  • :


    • Strong understanding of HVAC systems and solutions.


    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


    • Ability to work independently and manage technical assignments across pre-sales, sales, design, procurement, and project execution stages.


  • : Competitive (dependent on experience).
