Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Profile:

1. Manage sales and marketing activities, ensuring achievement of business targets.
   
2. Promote and increase awareness and usage of various dental implants.
   
3. Organize promotional programs, conduct sales presentations, and execute advertising campaigns to promote and launch new products.
   
4. Build and strengthen relationships with key accounts, including medical professionals, opinion leaders, hospitals, and private service dentists.
   
5. Network with various stakeholders to ensure the ready availability of stock at dental clinics, institutions, hospitals, and dental colleges.
   
6. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and set measurable targets.
   

Criteria:

1. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales and marketing.
   
2. Academic qualifications with a minimum of 55% marks throughout all academic years.
   
3. Graduation in B. Pharma, M. Pharma, or D. Pharma (preference given to candidates with knowledge in dental surgery and implants).
   
4. Age requirement: Above 28 years.
   
5. Salary Package: ₹3-5 LPA (negotiable, based on current salary).
