Sales of IBMS/ELV/Building Technology related Solutions. Sale of products as opposed to projects is less preferable.
Past Experience:
Ideally should have been in Sales of IBMS (Fire Alarm, Public Address, Gass Suppression, WLD, Rodent Repellent, Panel Flooding, Access Control, CCTV, Boom/Flap Barriers, BMS, EMS, etc) Solutions. Hence should have good connect with all stakeholders in the market. Alternatively, should be involved in Design, Business Development of IBMS Solutions. Past experience in other products/solutions/projects or customer segments may be considered if there are common touchpoints in terms of market, consultant connect etc.
Willingness to learn, Self-driven, determined to succeed in tough competitive environment, Ability to drive consensus across multiple stakeholders with conflicting expectations, both internal and external.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Achieve growth and hit sales targets in the region
2. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands Siemens customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
3. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
4. Work closely with the consultants and other influencers.
