Roles & Responsibilities:


Sales Strategy and Execution:


  • Develop and implement sales strategies for petroleum jelly and paraffin products to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify growth opportunities and establish plans to expand market share.

Client Management:


  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Address client concerns, provide solutions, and conduct regular follow-ups.

Team Leadership:


  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and enhance performance.
  • Provide training and guidance to ensure team effectiveness.

Market Analysis:


  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide insights to senior management on sales forecasts and strategies.

Reporting:


  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of client interactions and sales activities.

Collaboration:


  • Work with internal teams (production, R&D, and logistics) to meet client needs.
  • Coordinate with finance for accurate billing and timely payments.
