Job Description
Manages and is responsible for the company's overall sales effort. Ensures consistent, profitable revenue through positive planning, effective sales strategies, and the deployment and management of sales personnel. Identifies objectives and develops action plans to ensure sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
Essential Functions:
- Manages daily sales personnel activities and develops sales and sales support staff.
- Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams.
- Provide quarterly results assessments of the sales staff's progress.
- Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all of the client's product offerings.
- Coordinates company resources to ensure efficient, sustainable growth and profitability.
- Assists sales personnel in establishing consistent contact and relationship development with industry engineering personnel, design staff, decision-makers, and influencers.
- Analyzes short and long-term effects on sales strategies and operating profit and modifies accordingly.
- Develops sales team by establishing training and development programs in the areas of new account sales and growth, profitability, improved presentation strategies and skills competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support, management of expenses, and contract negotiation.
- Assist in supporting the sales activities of the project managers: sales strategy, sales support, joint sales calls, presentations, technical support, sales development strategies, and implementation of the sales goals of the company.
- Hold annual sales department planning and strategy conferences.
- Hold regular sales meetings with each scheduled Business Development Manager.
- Actively supervise, manage, update, revise, and maintain the company's CRM system (Sales Force)
- Work with department managers and corporate staff to develop overall strategic business plans for the company.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff.
- Ensure that personal behaviors and work practices are in line with Company safety standards.
- Responsible for the safety of self and others in the vicinity, including, but not limited to, employees, vendors, and guests. * Provide visible leadership engagement, be aware of housekeeping, and take additional safety precautions to ensure no one is put at risk.

- The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of sales, business development, and/or marketing experience.
- Additionally, the finalist will have current sales knowledge of the midstream market space.
