Sales Incentive - Analyst


Responsible for structuring the compensation for the employees in the organization and also working closely with the Sales team HR and Payroll teams.


About the Role


As the Sales Incentive Analyst you will


  • Business or technical undergraduate degree preferred.


  • 7+ years Experience in sales compensation required, preferably in the software (SaaS) industry.


  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM is strongly preferred


  • Strong financial modelling skills using Excel; Tableau and SQL experience a plus.


  • Experience in multi-national organisation and the complexities for sales compensation for different regions


  • Proven ability to influence – you engage well with people at all levels, you listen actively, communicate well through appropriate channels, deal with ambiguity and can find win-win solutions for difficult topics and situations.


About You


As the Sales Incentive Analyst you will


  • Closely partner with various departments including Sales Leaders, Sales Operations, HR,Payroll and Finance to align and support the implementation and administration of sales incentive plans.


  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the incentive plan component mechanics to ensure payments are accurate and compliant with each participant’s sales incentive plan document.


  • Ensure the incentive policies are communicated and monitored for compliance to the policy including global account and cross border policy


  • Generate quota and incentive attainment reports and other sales performance reporting as requested.


  • Produce modelling and reports that supply insight and guidance to enhance sales productivity.


  • Support the annual incentive planning process including the development of new incentive plans for new roles, update T&Cs and support distribution of plans and quotas.


  • Work with finance and payroll team to research and resolve commission inquiries and disputes and provide solutions to Management to resolve complex commission exceptions as needed.


  • Support the development and execution of SPIF programs.


  • Provide enablement to plan participants in the how the plan works for new starters and communication of new policy updates


  • Provide recommendations for operational efficiencies and process improvements and assist in change initiatives from requirements gathering through adoption.


  • Review plan guidelines and provide recommendations on best in class plan design and execution.
