Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow business for high-pressure die-casting products in the US market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, prospects, and stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive market penetration.
  • Analyze customer requirements and propose tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior leadership.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings to promote products and build brand visibility.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:


  • At least 15 years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on high-pressure die-casting products.
  • In-depth understanding of the US market; knowledge of the European market is a bonus.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Ideally aged between 40 and 45 years.

Travel Requirement:


  • Indian candidates must be willing to travel quarterly to the USA.
