Description and Requirements
We at Lenovo are looking for a motivated Sales leader to oversee our GCC Acquisition vertical. The successful candidate needs to have strong leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven track record in meeting sales & revenue targets, ability to develop a strong engaged team and maintain a delighted/engaged CXO base. We’re looking for a professional who has experience in managing teams and accounts acquisition. The ability to work independently is essential. Candidate needs to be well connected with CXO’s office in top GCC accounts with key focus on acquiring accounts for Lenovo.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of GCC Acquisition Sales managers
- Increase Lenovo’s participation/representation in GCC. Drive teams for 100% engagement with potential customers.
- Strategize and execute effective acquisition strategies.
- Proactively communicate with leadership team of potential clients on a regular basis
- Understand the business model and requirements of the client and provide solutions accordingly
- Increase Lenovo’s Market share and share of wallet in GCC space
- Achieve Financial & Non-financial goals of the role through consistent delivery.
- Coach & provide training and development to the sales team on a regular basis to help them with effective acquisition of accounts
- Ensure timely BMS discussions with supporting data points to help management get a quick business summary and potential opportunities.
Key Skills and experience:
- Full-time residential MBA from Tier 1/2 institute
- At least 18+ years’ experience in sales with 10+ years in Enterprise sales & 5+ years in people management
- Strong team Management Skills
- Strategic bent of mind.
- Exposure to Accounts Acquisition in Enterprise space.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to influence.
- Willing to travel as per business requirements.
- Strong analytical skills.
- High Achievement Orientation. Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Strong collaboration with internal & external stakeholder
