About the client:
Client is a prestigious retail diamond jewellery showroom in Surat, known for offering luxury diamond jewellery to high-net-worth customers. We are seeking a Sales Executive with excellent customer service skills and a refined presence to join our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet customers, ensuring they feel valued and well-attended to.
Provide expert guidance on the various jewellery collections, understanding customer preferences and needs.
Handle in-store sales transactions, offer suggestions, and help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNI clients through excellent customer service.
Ensure the display counters are well-organized, maintaining a clean and visually appealing sales area.
Assist with inventory control and accurate product information on displays.
Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity to provide valuable insights to customers.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery or luxury sector.
Basic knowledge of diamonds and precious metals is an advantage.
Fluent in Hindi and Gujarati (preferred).
Skills & Requirements:
Well-groomed, with a polished, professional appearance.
Soft-spoken, polite, and able to communicate effectively with high-net-worth customers.
Must be good-looking, with a cultured demeanor and confident body language.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and nurture client relationships.
Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
High attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
Must be able to work under pressure and handle busy periods with grace.

Salary:
INR 18,000 - 30,000 per month, with incentives based on sales performance.
