Sales Executive

IRIS Homes is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base in the real estate market. You will be instrumental in creating strong relationships with potential clients and closing sales to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote and sell our real estate listings
• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and gather relevant information
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain customer relationships and follow up on leads to convert them into sales
• Negotiate sales agreements and manage the sales process
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that support lead generation
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and sales processes
