Key Responsibilities:


  1. Sales Target Achievement: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets for SDA products. Identify sales opportunities, generate leads, and close deals with retailers, distributors, and end customers.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and key accounts. Conduct regular client visits, understand their needs, provide product demonstrations, and address any concerns to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Product Promotion: Promote SDA products through marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop sales materials, product displays, and advertising initiatives to increase product visibility and sales.
  4. Market Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights. Use data-driven insights to adjust sales strategies and capitalize on business opportunities.
  5. Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to track sales activities, monitor progress towards targets, and provide insights for sales improvement. Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.
  6. Training and Support: Provide training, product demonstrations, and support to retail partners, distributors, and sales team members. Ensure they have the necessary knowledge and resources to effectively promote and sell SDA products.
  7. Customer Service: Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, product issues, and after-sales support. Resolve customer complaints, coordinate product returns or exchanges, and maintain a positive customer experience.

Qualifications:


  1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in business administration or operations management is a plus.
  2. Proven experience in sales support, collection management, or branch operations roles.
  3. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
  6. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  7. Knowledge of sales processes, collection procedures, and basic accounting principles.
