Job Title: Sales Engineer


Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia / Manama, Bahrain


Experience: 5-8 years

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Engineer to join our team. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for achieving sales targets by promoting and selling electrical systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in UPS and Power Electronics-related industries and will be adept at coordinating inquiries, closing sales, and ensuring smooth installations in collaboration with the technical team.



RequirementsAchieve sales targets set by the company within the designated territory.
Coordinate and manage customer inquiries and provide technical solutions.
Prepare and present proposals and quotations to potential customers.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
Negotiate terms of agreements, close sales deals, and manage contracts.
Collaborate with the technical team to coordinate installations and ensure the successful implementation of electrical systems and equipment.
Read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints to provide accurate technical advice.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards throughout the sales and installation process.
Maintain and update records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues that arise.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree (BE/BTech) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in the UPS or Power Electronics-related industry, with expertise in systems such as UPS (Commercial and Industrial), AVR, Battery Systems, Rectifiers, Power Factor Correction Systems, and Frequency Converters.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong technical background with the ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
