Who we are looking for


We are looking for a technical detailed oriented individual to join our Sales Enablement Tools organization. This person will be well versed in implementing strategic initiatives, familiar with Salesforce, App exchange, Tableau , Seismic, and IT Procurement processes. This person will be responsible for managing end to end tech full stack implementation across State Street Global Advisors’ sales organization. A successful candidate will demonstrate an understanding of Salesforce’s suite of products and capabilities, coupled with significant experience delivering  solutions in a highly regulated environment with a strong emphasis on user experience, design, data governance and collaboration.

You will be joining the Sales Enablement Team responsible for a comprehensive, 360 approach to each client relationship — for asset managers and asset owners globally across the client coverage group. Our client-facing functions work together to bring the very best solutions and services the firm has to offer — across all of our locations, products, and capabilities.


What you will be responsible for


  • Responsible for managing the Sales Enablement Technology Roadmap with our IT & Vendor Partners.
  • Collaborate effectively across all parts of the organization, including Enablement teams, IT, Business Stakeholders, Vendor Partners & Leadership.
  • Manage new technology implementation & support process including architecture review, third party risk management, legal review discussions relative to procurement on technology vendor contract terms and conditions.
  • Review and champion prioritization for integration & automation process improvement in key focus areas aligned with SSGA goals.
  • Triage Salesforce requests
  • Work with Quality Assurance Testing Team on weekly Release items.
  • Prioritize and drive collaborations with teams across the enterprise
  • Keeping well-informed of new sales & enablement tech stack capabilities and provide recommendations for process improvements within 3-5 year Strategic Roadmap.

These skills will help you succeed in this role:


  • Salesforce certifications
  • Enablement Tools Experience Preferred:  SalesPage, Marketo, Seismic, HeyDan & Tableau.
  • Close attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate issues as required.
  • Able to work Independently to resolve issues.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong Team player.

Education & Preferred Qualifications


  • 15 years’ experience in a fast paced work environment
  • Experience in Financial Services highly preferred
  • Experience working with global teams
