Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive IT and SalesForce expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, collaborative, and dedicated teammates.
You'll oversee the end-to-end responsibility of the Sales Domain within Alstom, making a significant impact on our digital transformation. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (business leaders, procurement, cybersecurity, architects, vendors, partners, finance, HR), manage the delivery team, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of strategic priorities alignment, solution roadmaps, and budget management, but also the HR cycle for internal team members.
We’ll look to you for:
Aligning with business leaders about strategic priorities
Building and maintaining solution roadmaps (strategic, functional, technical)
Managing the domain budgets (project investments + license run costs)
Daily management of the delivery team, deploying and improving scrum practices
HR management for internal team members (recruitment, objectives, reviews, etc.)
Contractual negotiations with SalesForce in partnership with Procurement and Legal teams

Degree in Engineering, preferably in Information Technology
10+years of Experience or understanding of IT, with a minimum of 8 years in the field
Knowledge of SalesForce, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with at least 5 years of experience
Familiarity with Agile delivery practices, Scrum, and DevOps
A relevant SalesForce certification
Proven managerial skills and leadership qualities
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
