Sales Director is the managerial regional role in Sales function, who reports directly to the VP Revenue. This role is responsible for overseeing and managing all business activities typically spanning a wide geographical area through overall responsibility towards regional Board regarding sales business strategy and achieved results in terms of margins, revenue, growth and acquisitions.
Sales Director also, based on the inputs from RMs and analysis of cost-benefit ratio, decide on attendance on regional events/hosting strategy and use information gathered in events, conferences and workshops to propose new directions in development of Infobip’s salesforce in dedicated regions. Not only that the person on this position have a full visibility and accountability for regional results for sales, but also, it is expected to be responsible for creating and developing a stable, functional leadership team that will drive forward new initiatives, projects and results.
