The individual would be responsible for acquisition & servicing of Merchants acquired through online platforms in the Start-Ups Ecosystem. Role Involves reaching out to all merchants on daily basis who are registering through organic channels and helping them complete their onboarding journey.
Responsibilities:
Initiating and closing on Business proposals.
Assistance in onboarding journey.
Servicing on all Sales & basic lifecycle management queries.
Working with cross functional teams for better resolution of merchant queries.
Cross-sell of PayU Products to merchants.
Requirements:
Self-driven, highlighly motivated individual who can operate in highlighly competitive atmosphere.
0-2 years of experience in Key Accoutn Management/Sales/Customer Relationship Management role.
