Provides support to Global Rewards managers on a variety of programs and projects with primary focus on executive and/or sales compensation programs. Includes data collection and analysis, modeling, reconciliation, auditing, and research. May also support broad-based compensation programs as needed.
- With guidance, evaluate job roles and provide input on appropriate mapping/band/grade.
- Provide support regarding recommendations for new hire and internal offer packages, including global market pricing
- Research and assess market prevalence and trends regarding compensation design as needed
- Participate in third party market compensation surveys
- Assist with the administration of the compensation planning processes including merit, bonus, and equity
- Support Rewards Managers and Leaders on preparing presentations and proposals
- Compile recurring reports and share with stakeholders
- May support quarterly sales incentive payouts and sales plan production and distribution process
- Provide analytical support regarding ad hoc research and other related compensation projects
- Support ad-hoc rewards projects as needed
- Bachelors degree required
- 2 years of experience in Rewards function or comparable experience
- Executive, equity, or sales compensation experience preferred
- Significant knowledge of Excel
- Strong collaboration, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Critical high-level attention to data integrity and accuracy
- Advanced skills related to data gathering and manipulation for business analysis
- Demonstration to problem solve and think outside-of-the-box / self-starter
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication skills
- Capable of managing multi-task assignments simultaneously
- Comfortable reading/writing internal business documents, policy statements, and process reviews
- Work is performed in an office or may be performed remotely
- Expected to work some overlap hours to overlap with US business day
