About the Role:
WK Financial And Corporate Compliance is growing our team in Pune, India, and looking for highly motivated individual with expertise in Sales Compensation.
We’re looking for an experienced Sales Compensation Manager. Qualified candidate with have at least 8 years of experience calculating and administering sales commissions plans as well as experience leading the annual plan design process. The right candidate will have exceptional data manipulation skills, a pro-active mindset, and a commitment to 100% accuracy at all times.
