Want to help us simplify the world of data management? Cohesity is seeking a Sales Compensation Analyst to join our Sales Compensation team. This person will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of sales compensation plan alignments and system set-up for our sales compensation plan participants. HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME HEREAdministration of the sales compensation plans (including participant data) within our Sales Compensation System, SAP Callidus CommissionsPerform monthly, quarterly & annual SOX and business controls to ensure system accuracy and integrityCreate and maintain sales incentive plans documentation and individual quota (goal) lettersValidate sales participant related data for accuracy and consistency with the guidelines as defined in the sales compensation planReview and validate participant changes and action for commission processingInteract with sales plan participants to address inquiries regarding their plan and commissionsResearch and resolve questions regarding commission calculations using SAP Callidus, Salesforce, Workday and AnaplanWork closely with cross-functional partners in Sales Ops and HR on participant related dataManage Commission Team ticketing queueWE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING3 years experience of commission system administration and operationsExperience with SAP Callidus Commissions tool or similar commissions applicationAdvanced Excel skills required.Experience working in a high tech or B2B SaaS environmentSalesforce, Anaplan and Workday experience a plusStrong analytical skills (emphasis on MS Excel and PowerPoint) and the ability to adapt to new systems and processes quicklyExperience performing SOX and business controls.Excellence in attention to detail and accuracySelf-starter with strong problem solving skills and demonstrated ability to find solutions without specific step-by-step instructionsHighly organized and motivated with the ability to work on multiple projects while delivering results in a timely mannerSkilled at working as a contributing team member and individually on set projectsExcellent communication skills, written and verbalAbility to read, analyze, and interpret business documents #LI-CN1#LI-RemoteData Privacy Notice for Job Candidates:For information on personal data processing, please see our Privacy Policy.Equal Employment Opportunity Employer (EEOE)Cohesity is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
