Key job responsibilities
Manage and scale Amazon Business specific sellers/partners to help scale the program
• Develop and manage processes with both internal and external stakeholders to help make the program a more meaningful part of Amazon Business
• Track, monitor and improve performance of the partner to measure and manage their output efficiency.
• Forecast and report business growth and other key metrics, including tracking actual progress toward forecasts.
• Cross functional coordination and task tracking
• Researching and conducting market analysis for Amazon customers
• Assist in the development of key metrics and performance indicators to measure overall performance and provide foundation for continuous improvement.
• New seller acquisition across your categories, ensure entire selection is listed at best price and establish long-term partnerships
• Define and identify potential sellers and industry verticals. Lead generation and convert new sellers on Amazon Business
• Identify & analyze the client’s requirements & propose solutions for growth and building good relationship. Training sellers on all services being offered
• Building deep market understanding
• Achieve seller launch, selection and seller GMS targets
• Work closely with cross functional operations teams to streamline processes and assist sellers in becoming self-reliant
• Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
• Ability to speak the local language is desirable
- 1+ years of sales experience
- Bachelor's degree
- MBA
