Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:


  • Maintaining the call frequency with the customer. Building relationship with the customer by maintaining high ethical standards.
  • Maintain the existing installed base and generate conversion business.
  • Focus on new products.
  • Generating the quotation through SAP installed and follow up with the customer for the order.
  • Booking the order and liaising with the Sale Support Bangalore to ensure the customer request date for the delivery.
  • Support finance for any issues related to payment, collection of statutory forms.
  • The person being in Chennai has to visit OEM's like SPX, BPCL & consultants like Technip, EIL, Lurgi India, Punj Lloyd, Mott Macdonald, Samsung Engg, & Bechtel to support them during pre-bid & at the same time gather the information on the projects. To update the FF team on the upcoming projects & development
  • Generating the quotation through SAP installed and follow up with the customer for the order.
  • Booking the order and liaising with the Sale Support Bangalore to ensure the customer request date for the delivery.
  • Support finance for any issues related to payment, collection of statutory forms.
  • Will have to cater Seals services / Maintenance to customer.


The Individual

Skills & Experience:


  • BE in Mechanical / Industrial/ Production/Chemical with 4-8 years of experience
  • Must have the working knowledge of product (mechanical seals or pumps) or the pump OEM market.
  • Must be a candidate from the area with fluency in local language.
  • Should have good communication skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP/CRM
