We are looking for aSales Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad. This role is responsible fordeveloping reports/dashboards and creating analytics to uncover valuable insights and trends related to customer buying behaviour, marketing & sales planning & forecasting. This role will collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into data analysis requirements.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline
At least 2years of experience working within data management environments with application of automated and scalable quality, governance, and process best practices.
Highly advanced use of Excel required, strong knowledge of Salesforce.com, data automation tools (M code - Power Query, VBA, Python etc.), SQL language, database management/ warehouse solutions highly preferred.
In-depth experience in data quality, data mining, data governance and master data management practices/principles.Experience in data science/ architecture/ engineering preferred.
Ability to work in an environment with changing priorities and time and workload pressures.
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to take initiative, independently collaborate with other teams, and prioritize time effectively to deliver outstanding results.
It would be great if you also had the following:
Working or worked on salesforce.com to support sales workflow, data and reporting requirements at your current or previous organization.
What will you be doing in this role?
Evolving the analytics implementation to customize internal dashboards and reports, aligning them with business objectives and best practices.
Retrieve and analyze data using Excel, Salesforce.com, and other data management/Power BI systems.
Create reports, controls, dashboards, and processes to pro-actively identify and remediate data issues, and to continuously monitor data quality and integrity.
Proactively identify and implement operational improvements and enhancements that drive simplicity, productivity, and accuracy.
Support daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to outstanding levels of quality and punctuality.Perform reconciliation and communicate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams.
Aggregate & analyze data across product usage, sales, revenue, customer experience, providing regular insights to key stakeholders.
Supporting the Sales Management team with diverse projects in business analytics, ad hoc data requests, and data integration.
Able to manage and communicate daily and weekly performance vs targets, including supporting business review & forecasting meetings, highlighting performance to plan, demand projections for future periods, identifying risks and opportunities
Utilizing data to create business cases and stories, enabling continuous improvement in sales and operations processes.
Collaborate with other functional areas such as marketing, sales, products & finance to support the business performance
Ensuring accuracy and consistency in all work undertaken.
About the Team
The team is spread across APAC, EMEA and US, consisting of 15 members.
Hours of Work
Monday- Friday, 8 hours per day (Full-Time, Permanent). Work Timing: 12:00 PM IST – 9:00 PM IST Hrs. Hybrid work mode
Work Location- Hyderabad
