Job Description:
Managing the End Customers and Key accounts of North Region mainting database and uppding SFDC on daily basis.
Visit/Call the retailers who sell Floor Pads & hand Pads
Check with the converters for ongoing projects(if any) or material requirements
Check with the channel partners regarding new opportunities (if any)
Take lead from other companies personnel who are into the same segment of customers
Managing the end customers and involve self in measurement, recce so as not to miss any product upgradation opportunity & take control of the customer
Send Commercial & technical proposals to end customers
Follow up with the channel partner for various subject matters including Primary sales orders, Payment collection, eCares & other complaints
Tie with 3M other division's channel partners and promote CSD products
