We are seeking an Accounts Manager to join our Client in Chennai, India. This role will serve as a trusted advisor and primary liaison to clients and brokers, fostering strong partnerships and driving business growth. The Accounts Manager will manage a growing portfolio, ensuring profitability, client satisfaction, and strategic development.


Responsibilities:
  • Achieve revenue targets and enhance profitability for assigned accounts.


  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with clients and brokers.


  • Provide training and guidance to brokers and clients to maximize engagement.


  • Expand and develop accounts through ongoing communication and reporting.


  • Identify marketing opportunities to enhance program effectiveness.


  • Ensure contract compliance and address client needs proactively.


  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions.


  • Analyze industry trends to identify business opportunities.


  • Address risks and execute upsell opportunities with brokers.


  • Lead issue resolution and strategic improvements for client relationships.


  • Document processes and provide training for internal teams.


  • Generate reports and analyze data using Tableau, Salesforce, and other platforms.


Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.


  • 5+ years of account management experience.


  • Experience in employee benefits programs.


  • Strong financial, analytical, and operational skills.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (Salesforce).


  • Proven track record of achieving business goals.


  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.


  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.


  • Must be fluent in English and able to work in the Eastern Standard Time zone.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA
