You will drive the overall Risk Environment Safety & Health Management System in plant, across all the sections. Provides leadership, direction setting and coaching for Plant in improving the Risk Environment Safety & Health standards across the plant to ensure safe operations. Contributes to the achievement of the plant’s CBN and is responsible for development of the organizational capability to get the expected results (LTA & NM=0). Is responsible for the implementation of systems and standards (Road map’s enablers) and takes part of their development when needed. Creates an environment where Health Checks ensures sustainability of results and uses internal and external benchmarks to drive performance improvement. Contributes and supports reapplication of Best Practices. Main point of contact for security/risk management/fire protection/business continuity plan/insurance. Is responsible to make sure the plant in legally complaint with all the relevant and applicable laws and regulation, country, and company specific in the area of Risk, Environment, Safety and Health. Provides Risk Environment Safety & Health guidance, direction setting and coaching for project and other improvements in the plant. Driving the I-Care journey, through co-ordination with the plant members and providing them with necessary guidance.
Reporting to RESH Manager
Is a Role Model for Risk Environment Safety & Health (RESH).
Communicates the RESH CBN and OGMS to the plant.
Actively participate to Site level meetings.
Near misses and LTA’s Investigation.
RESH initiatives reapplication through plants network.
Identify CAPEX needs to support midterm plans and Ensure Compliance to the budget.
Drive the Enablers in the overall Plant by creating the ownerships. Educating & guiding the teams/members during the implementation.
Drive the Concern reporting / near-miss / incident reporting in the plant and ensure the closures.
Compliance to the Regulatory requirements related to RESH and co-ordinate with the concern regulatory bodies.
Support the Culture building drive with use of different methods and engagement programs in the RESH (I-CARE program).
Responsible for defining, documenting and deployment of the Systems applicable to RESH.
Develop response teams and ensure the preparedness for the emergencies and crisis.
Support in the waste Management programs & drive global RESH initiatives.

The development of goals/Quality, cost and Safety targets and an action plan to achieve them, a scorecard to tracking progress, and a review process to assess progress and adjust for gaps. Use ERICPD in the analysis.
Ensure the data monitoring & reporting to the required stake holders (including plant, global and regulatory bodies).
Own an Area in the plant and maintain 5s standards for the same.
Compliance to the ISO 13485, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.
Basic qualification: BE/BT in Electrical/Mechanical/chemical.
Professional qualification: At least 6 to 8 years of experience in field of Risk Environment Safety & Health.
Preferred certification recognition from Chief Inspectorate of factories and Boilers
