Safety Manager

This for Data Center role (On role of JCI)

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Safety Manager to oversee safety procedures and compliance on our project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety management within the construction or industrial sectors and will ensure that all safety regulations are followed to create a safe working environment for all employees.

• Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies and procedures in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance.
• Provide safety training and resources for employees to promote a culture of safety.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
• Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to promote safety on-site.
• Maintain accurate records of safety-related activities and incidents.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure best practices are implemented.

• Proven experience as a Safety Manager or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Certifications such as CSP or CIH are preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field is preferred.
