Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer with a passion for technical sales within an engineering environment. The ideal candidate will possess a proven ability to achieve sales targets while fostering meaningful relationships with stakeholders across multiple levels.


  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Utilize advanced sales techniques, including market trend forecasting and in-depth analysis, to drive growth and innovation.
  • A good command of the English language (spoken and written)
  • Technical sales experience of any electro-mechanicalproduct. Worked within an engineering environment/ firm.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless alignment between business units, challenging siloed thinking when necessary.
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Capable of communicating at all levels and have strong business acumen
  • High integrity and honesty, demonstrating transparency and ethical behavior in all interactions
  • Can lead, motivate, and create a positive working culture, through leading by example
  • Is commercially capable – keeping up to date with competitor information and market trends and who thinks in terms of profit, loss and added value
  • Will work collaboratively across a variety of business units, challenging siloed thinking wherever it appears
  • Possesses a charismatic and inspiring personality, combined with exceptional entrepreneurial flair and a sharp sense of business acumen.

Qualifications

BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Instrumentations or electrical.
3+ years of relevant experience in Sales
