Education and Experience Required:
Industry experience - minimum 20 years with expertise across a wide range of technologies across applications and Infrastructure
Communication and Soft skills :
a. Fluent English and good soft connect capabilities.
b. Demonstrable Negotiations and bridging abilities
c. Provides solution advice, drives proposals, presentations, and other customer communications during pursuit.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Exposed to multiple, diverse technologies, platforms, and processing environments
- Strong technical, solution architecture background and problem solving skills.
- Have a good understanding of strategic and emerging technology trends, and the practical application of existing and emerging technologies to new and evolving business and operating models
- Ability to guide, advice and take through modernization as needed
- Should be technology-agnostic and remain unbiased towards specific technologies , not influenced by the customer
- Expert knowledge of products, services and solutions in chosen domain
- Strong industry-related knowledge and experience
- Ability to facilitate customers, vendors and DXC in solution development.
- Ability to craft responses and design solutions to customer requirements.
- Ability to understand, articulate and resolve commercial implications of technical solutions.
- Strong track record of architecting and delivering Infrastructure and Application Integration projects.
- Familiarity with Solution Architecture methodologies
- Drive the adoption of key development and engineering best practices and reusable assets to improve quality and reliability of team's deliverables.
- Familiarity across Digital services (Cloud, AI/ML, BC, Smart Solutions, Analytics, LowCode Platforms)
Banking Domain Knowledge:
- Should possess a deep understanding of banking operations, including retail banking, commercial banking, deposit products, interest rates, credit and debit cards, ATM services, and regulatory compliance.
- Digital Banking Awareness: Knowledge of digital banking aspects, such as internet banking, mobile banking, online trading, and CRM systems, is crucial for architecting solutions that align with the evolving digital landscape in the financial industry.
- Knowledge of Finacle/ Temenos/ FLEXCUBE would be an advantage.
