Could you be the full-time RPA Technical Analyst in our Digital Services department we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your robust automation and scripting expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, collaborative, and solution-oriented teammates.
You'll develop new bots on the RPA platform, monitor and support existing bots, and contribute to the advancement of our digital transformation. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (IT Team – Infrastructure, Network, Security, and Business Solutions), set and maintain best practices for RPA development, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of business process automation, participate in POCs, and conduct technical feasibility analysis for different processes to be automated, but also manage and support existing use cases.
We’ll look to you for:
Hands-on RPA development using tools like Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or UIPath
Adherence to Automation Best Practices for RPA development
Understanding business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
Independently automating identified business processes
Contributing to the continuous improvement of our RPA platform
Collaborating with internal and external partners relevant to RPA Projects/Delivery

Degree in BE/BTech Computers
4+years of work experience.
Experience or understanding of automation platforms, especially Automation Anywhere
Knowledge of programming using .NET 3.5 and higher Framework, VB scripting, Power Shell scripting
Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
A certification in a relevant automation tool.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
