As an RPA Support Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, monitoring, and support of robotic process automation (RPA) solutions. You will handle the day-to-day running of bots, resolve errors, and ensure smooth bot performance. In addition to providing technical support, you may work on low-complexity RPA development projects under the guidance of senior RPA developers. Key job responsibilities
As an RPA Support Engineer, you will be responsible for running, monitoring RPA bots to ensure smooth operations, executing tasks, and addressing any failures or errors that arise.
You will troubleshoot and resolve bot-related issues, logging and tracking incidents to ensure timely resolution. Additionally, you will perform routine maintenance and updates on RPA bots to optimize performance and minimize downtime. Analyzing errors in bot processes, you will collaborate with senior developers to fix bugs and ensure bots function correctly.
Generating performance reports on bot activities, you will provide insights to the development team to identify areas for improvement.
In addition to support duties, you will assist in developing and implementing low-complexity RPA projects, working under the mentorship of senior developers. This aspect of the role will provide opportunities to expand your skills and contribute to the team's automation efforts.
