We are seeking a dynamic Analyst to join our Risk & Compliance team. This role is focused in developing and optimizing risk-related processes using systems and automation tools. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure our risk processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with the organization’s risk management strategy.
About the Role:
Risk Process Development:Design and implement robust risk-related processes using GRC tools such as Protecht.ERM, OneTrust, and Fusion. Ensure these processes align with our organization's risk management framework and enhance operational efficiency.
Automation and Integration:Utilize automation technologies like PowerApps and Alteryx to streamline risk management processes. Develop and maintain insightful dashboards using PowerBI and other data visualization tools to provide actionable insights.
Stakeholder Collaboration:Engage with stakeholders across various functions to identify risk management needs and ensure solutions are aligned with organizational goals. Lead workshops to gather input and drive continuous process improvements.
Continuous Improvement:Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in risk management and automation. Identify opportunities to enhance decision-making and risk awareness across the organization.
Documentation and Issue Resolution:Document risks comprehensively, maintaining detailed risk registers. Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues, ensuring continuous improvement in risk management processes.
About You:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Risk Management, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in process development and automation, ideally with a focus on risk management.
Experience with GRC tools such as Protecht.ERM, OneTrust, Fusion or others.
Proficiency in automation tools like PowerApps and Alteryx, and data visualization with PowerBI.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Team player with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, but who is also able to effectively perform work independently.
Detail-oriented and organized, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
