What does a successful Risk Assurance – Senior Professional do at FISERV?

• To enhance regional risk control governance program.
• Issue Management and Reporting
• Audit Facilitation
• Risk Consulting
• Disaster Recovery - Leads the execution of Data Centre Disaster Recovery exercises

What will you do:

ERC program

• Identify, monitor and articulate top risks, business concerns and critical processes.
• Lead execution of risk assessments and scenario analysis on LOB utilizing ERM tools.
• Active engagement and monitoring in business strategy and objectives through proactive risk management and engagement with other risk domains (e.g. new product, acquisitions/disposals)

Issue Management and Reporting

• Demonstrate expert knowledge on the policies and requirements for Issue Management and impart guidance / training as required.
• Gather and Provide information on ERM programs on risk identification, tolerance and metrics, including highlighting any specific matters where senior stakeholder support is required.

Audit Facilitation

• Establishes and maintains internal and external client, vendor and internal stakeholder relationships (where relevant).
• Active engagement in handling internal audits and co-ordination with the relevant stakeholders to address the requirements on a timely basis and to the required client / audit standards.
• Successfully balancing the Fiserv policy requirements re: sharing of evidences and client / regulator demands.  Escalating to senior Fiserv management on a timely basis any potential areas of disconnect.
• Reporting status of ongoing audits / reviews to senior management and at governance forums.

Risk Consulting

• Possess and apply comprehensive risk knowledge to the completion of complex assignments. Responsibilities and impact may crossover to other job groups and functions. 
• Provides overall direction for complex activities – providing guidance and inputs for a medium size project or multiple small sized projects. Develops solutions to address a variety of business problems across own area / projects.

Disaster Recovery

• Leads the execution of Data Center Disaster Recovery exercises.
• Act as a subject matter expert of Disaster Recovery concepts, methodology and best practices. 
• Assist technology teams with development and maintenance of Disaster Recovery plans including annual testing of those plans. 
• Participate in all audit & regulatory reviews that include Disaster Recovery.
• Evaluates Business Unit infrastructure and system requirements in terms of corporate compliance. Proactively identifies and reports concerns or improvements impacting Disaster Recovery processes.
• Mandate that the assessments and plans are adhering to Enterprise Business Continuity Policies and Standards and are updated on an annual basis.
• Work in close partnership with the Joint Security Operation Center (JSOC) to identify issues or events that can impact facilities and/or assets. Respond and assist in mitigating all incidents that affect Fiserv's interests.
• Maintain documentation and records as it relates to the program including recovery plans, test plans, maintenance and testing schedules, standards, vital records, critical applications and framework.
