Job Description
Summarized Purpose
We are actively recruiting a Resourcing Manager within our Integrated Clinical Solutions (ICS) team. The Resoucring Manager leads a team of staff and/or managers to develop and deliver metrics and visualizations that enable efficient and effective business resource management. Identifies, leads and manages process improvement strategies and initiatives aimed at ensuring quality operational delivery via efficient and effective processes, associated systems, training, and communications in support of business objectives.
Essential Functions
• Ensures the timely execution of resourcing strategy and metrics deliverables with a focus on quality. Supports staff to develop and drive resourcing strategies to ensure optimum performance
• Oversees talent management of designated department staff, ensuring effective and strategic project allocations to optimize talent and value for customers. Promotes a culture of continuous process improvement for the team.
• Focuses on end results, using metrics and key performance indicators to manage performance. Leads or contributes to initiatives that improve the department's performance or lead to process improvement across the organization. Works collaboratively with other departments to design and develop analytical reports and dashboards.
• Proactively collaborates with senior leadership on strategic planning via quantification of existing talent base and proactive labor projections to support new business development.
• Collaborates with multiple stakeholders to design, develop, maintain, and improve resourcing efficiencies to yield sustained high performance of designated project teams and contribute to new business growth.
• Performs continuous risk analysis and proactive trending assessments. Identifies potential risks to project and client needs, ensures contingency plans and solutions are in place, and escalates to senior leadership when appropriate.

Approves courses of action on salary administration, hiring, corrective action, and terminations. Reviews and approves time records, expense reports, requests for leave, and overtime.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
• Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 5+ years).
• 1+ year of leadership responsibility
In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Knowledge of project resourcing and forecasting methods and applicable tools for tracking and forecasting needs
• Effective negotiation, problem solving, critical thinking and facilitation skills
• Strong quantitative and analytical ability
• Proven ability to proactively gather, interpret and evaluate information from a variety of resources to make decisions and recommendations
• Thorough understanding of expectations and resourcing needed to effectively staff project teams to promote business goals and future authorizations
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office including Outlook and Excel
• Proven ability to multitask in order of priority in a deadline driven environment with optimal efficiency and accuracy
• Strong mentoring and training skills
