Job Description
The Testing Analyst Pool Officer provides essential support within the Testing Centre of Excellence (CoE) for resilience initiatives at State Street. The Officer will assist in preparing, coordinating, and executing resilience tests, including third-party resiliency, scenario, and crisis testing. This role involves supporting risk assessments, managing data and reporting, and contributing to cross-functional collaboration for testing activities. Reporting to the AVP Testing Analyst, the Officer will ensure high-quality support to achieve operational resilience standards.
What we are looking for-
- Assist in development & execution of detailed testing plans, ensure results are thoroughly documented, including all actions, and identified deficiencies
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, includes written, verbal, and presentation skills, to support efficient testing coordination.
- Time management skills; ability to perform multiple simultaneous tasks independently in a deadline-driven environment as well as to manage own time to meet deadlines, and drive initiatives independently.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Prior experience in program management, financial services, operational resilience, risk management, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic understanding of regulatory standards (e.g., DORA) and operational resilience principles, preferred.
- Good understanding of risk and controls in a financial services environment. Ideally, proven record of assessing the adequacy and effectiveness of controls designed to ensure the businesses are complying with relevant regulatory requirements and corporate policy and procedures.

Other Key Responsibilities Include:
- Drive innovation and transformation with the ability to identify gaps in existing processes and propose best practices in terms of regular deliverables and long term strategy
- Assist in coordinating testing initiatives, ensuring accurate preparation and documentation for each test cycle.
- Collect and manage data required for resilience tests, analyzing outcomes for reports and recommendations.
- Support third-party and client resilience testing, ensuring adherence to policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues, track testing schedules, and maintain a centralized documentation repository.
- Conduct initial assessments of testing results, identifying key trends and areas for improvement.
- Manage routine reporting to ensure stakeholders have visibility on testing performance, test outcomes, and incident handling.
- Contribute to the preparation of resilience testing metrics for internal and regulatory reporting, ensuring data accuracy.
